Meet Jay Stokes
Jay Stokes has been in the animal industry since 2012 and in multi-unit management and leadership for 3 Fortune 500 companies for over 25 years. Managing all of the veterinary hospitals for Banfield Pet Hospital in the Inland Empire, Jay applied his passion for operations to helping pets live happier and healthier lives. Together with his wife Amber, they started the PSS movement to provide professionalism, convenience, and cutting-edge style to the world of pet service. Pet Service Solutions is the culmination of their combined experience and dedication to provide the best possible care for pets. Jay's family consists of a Biewer Terrier (Madison), a German Shorthaired Pointer (Heidi), a German Wire-haired Pointer (Hagen), a tuxedo cat (Monkey), tortoise (Tim) and a human family (Amber, William, Nate, Evan & Jillian)
Meet Amber Jillian Stokes
Amber Jillian Stokes has been in the animal industry since 2004. Managing veterinary hospitals, in Banfield Pet Hospital's field and corporate office, in PetSmart store management, in company-wide store operations for JustFoodForDogs, and most recently as a corporate veterinary consultant. Struggling with the challenges of the current pet service industry, she was determined to start a movement and company that would redefine pet service. Amber's family consists of a Biewer Terrier (Madison), a German Shorthaired Pointer (Heidi), a German Wire-haired Pointer (Hagen), a tuxedo cat (Monkey), tortoise (Tim) and a human family (Jay, Nate, Evan, William & Jillian).

Dondi McFadden Field Operations Director
Dondi has been living in Claremont with her beautiful Goldendoodle, Summer, for over two decades. She started her professional career taking care of different people.
After learning our company’s exciting goal, she decided to join Pet Service Solutions in 2015. Her immense dedication and passion for pets reflected in our work, earning her the Best of 2016 Pet Service Provider award on Thumbtack.
Ally Oropeza PSS Pet Hotel Manager - Upland
Ally has been a part of the pet hotel industry since 2011. Here at PSS, she been a manager since our first pet hotel opened in 2017, and now runs our Upland location! Ally loves the outdoors and when she is not working can be found camping and scaling cliffs with her trusted sidekick Anejo the shepherd mix!
Ally's pet knowledge, active background, and leadership experience has helped us provide a solid foundation and pet-focused approach for our pet hotel.
Albert Preciado PSS Pet Hotel Manager - Pomona
Albert and his family proudly reside in the La Verne/Pomona area, and have for generations. Many Labrador Retrievers have tagged along with them over the years. Before joining Pet Service Solutions, Albert managed a large retail store for over two decades.
Since joining the pet hotel in 2019, Albert’s leadership and management experience, combined with his love for animals, helps our team achieve the best possible care for pets.
