We never require temperament evaluations or tests! Like humans, we know that dogs can have off days and be shy or nervous at first. Social dogs will be paired with compatible friends if they are here for daycare or signed up for the group play service while boarding.
Daycare reservations are not required (walk-ins welcome!)
Boarding reservations are strongly encouraged.
We require Rabies, Distemper (DAPP/DHPP), Canine Influenza, and Bordetella. Bordetella is required every 6 months, even if a vet invoice says 1 year.
Dogs that do not attend daycare, boarding facilities, or groomers tend to only need Bordetella once a year. Kennel Cough is highly contagious and airborne, and our hotels are all-indoors. Making them high risk for unvaccinated pets. Veterinary offices are familiar with this requirement for boarding facilities and will administer it 2x/year at the owner's request.
Yes! We offer Bordetella for $35, Distemper for $35, and Canine Influenza for $55. We can administer vaccines in advance or the same day your pet checks-in.
All you need to bring is your pet, their leash (or cat carrier), and food/medications from home! Bedding and blankets are provided by the hotel, but you are also welcome to bring that from home for the scent. We also offer a pork-based house food for $5/day, and raised cots for rent for $2/day.
Just your pet on a leash (or in a carrier) and some food or snacks if they will be here during one of their regular meal times.
All boarding and daycare reservations at PSS Pet Hotels include a daily photo update sent via text. You can always reply back to these updates with any questions, comments, or changes to your reservation.
You may bring their food and/or medication in any way, shape, or form you would like but prefer medications to be brought in their original prescription bottles. Please leave their bowls at home unless they have a special slow-feeder/bloat bowl, or raised feeder. We encourage you to bring extra food and meds just in case your trip is prolonged.
We welcome all personality types and temperaments here! Your pet does not need to play with others unless they want to. We offer lots of other exercise services such as outdoor nature walks, personal 1-on-1 plays, and indoor treadmill walks.
Our staff are present in the building from 6am-7:30pm on weekdays, and 6am-7pm on weekends. While we are not present overnight, management has access to a live camera feed and the buildings are equipped with motion sensors.
Yes! We do allow intact dogs to play with others. Only one intact dog can play in the park at a time, and they are rotated with any other intact pets who are also here to play. Depending on the day, intact pets usually get between 1 and 5 hours of playtime.
We absolutely love winning over anxious and rescue dogs. The best way to help them get acclimated to the hotel is to bring them for daycare before they stay with us overnight. This way, they get to know us and the sights and smells, and they know you will pick them up at the end of their stay 🙂
We do offer a pork-based dry food for $5/day, and any food brought by you from home is given for free!
We can accommodate any diet! Raw, fresh, dehydrated, frozen, bring it all! We'd love to keep your pet eating exactly what they are used to having at home.
Yes! We can administer most medications (including insulin) for $5/day. That fee is waived for pets who are easy to medicate. 12hr meds are given at 6am and 6pm or 7am and 7pm, whichever times are closer to what they normally get at home.
We encourage siblings to stay together, and at a discount when they share a room. If you have a cat and dog pair, they unfortunately need to stay in separate areas.
Pet Service Solutions does not and will never have breed or spay/neuter restrictions.
All boarding pets get three potty breaks per day! Morning, afternoon, and evening.
We offer everything except for haircuts! Baths, nail trims, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, de-shedding, and gland expressions. Grooming by Elaina is done the 2nd Tuesday of the month at our Pomona location.
We do offer pet transportation! Please request pet transportation at least 24 hours in advance. Pick-up and drop-off windows are 2 hours (i.e. 7am-9am)
Yes you can!
